SwayambhuNath Stupa (UNESCO World Heritage Site):

Shambhunath Temple is located about 1 km away from Pashupati Nath Temple. It is also known as the Monkey Temple. Based on the structure of the beehive, the white dome of this stupa symbolizes the earth and its top symbolizes the 13 levels of human life.

Kathmandu Durbar Square (UNESCO World Heritage Site):

Bhaktapur Durbar Square (UNESCO World Heritage Site):

Bhaktapur Durbar Square stands as a museum of medieval art and architecture, about 15 km from the city of Kathmandu. Located at an altitude of about 4650 feet above sea level, the square is about 4 sq km in size. Built by Maharaja Anandadev in 449 AD, the square stands as a symbol of historical architecture.
